And the Lord spoke to Moses, and said: And when you come into the land which I am giving to you and if you bring the Lord fire offerings of cattle or sheep, be it a burnt offering or guilt offering, to fulfill a vow, or a freewill offering for your feasts, to prepare a sweet savour unto the Lord – then you shall prepare a tenth of the finest flour for a food offering, mixed with a quarter can of oil. As a drink offering, you shall bring a quarter of can of wine for a guilt offering, or a sheep, which shall be sacrificed.
For the ram: two tenths of fine flour, a third of a can of oil, a third of a can of wine. This you shall offer to the Lord for His sweet savour.
An ox as a burnt offering / praise offering or drink offering:
Three tenths of the finest flour, half a can of oil as a drink offering, and half a can of wine.
Thou shalt do the same with a bull, ram, sheep, and goat.
The number of food and drink offerings shall be the same number as the offerings themselves. Even strangers shall adhere to this. One statute for the whole community, including strangers.
And the Lord spoke to Moses:
If you eat from the land, so shall you bring the Lord an offering. Like the offering of the threshing floor, so shall ye bring the firstling to the Lord for all time.
