Lord, come to me quickly and help me;
hear my voice. Let my prayer be set before you like incense.
Let the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.
Lord, place a watch over my mouth,
and keep the door of my lips.
I will not eat any of the delicacies of men
who work iniquity or are wicked.
Let the righteous strike me; it is kindness.
It is like oil on the head when they reprove me.
If they are in need, I will help him and pray.
Their judges are thrown down by the sides of the rock; I am a friend to them.
As when one plows and breaks up the earth,
so are our bones scattered.
My God and Lord, my eyes are on you.
Do not pour out my life.
