SKU: Psalter-120 Categories: ,

(This is the longest poem in the collection, and is an alphabetic psalm. Its 22 verses are arranged according to the 22 letters of the Hebrew
alphabet. Additionally, each individual line of each verse begins with the same letter (the name of the Hebrew letter is at the beginning of
each verse).
Each individual verse (except 122, where there seems to be a copy error) mentions the law, either directly or with an equivalent expression.)

ALEPH (Aleph) = a / not as a vowel, but rather as a soft aspirated sound

Blessed are those whose ways are blameless,
who walk according to the law of the Lord,
and according to his statutes.
They do nothing wrong,
they fulfill his commandments, and keep their ways steadfast.
I want to give thanks to you will uprightness of heart.
Do not forsake me, oh Lord.
