David went with his men and killed two hundred men of the Philistines. And when David brought the exact number of foreskins to the king, Saul gave him Michal to be his wife.
Michal was happy with David and Saul knew this and was afraid of David, and he was his enemy all his life. But as often as the Philistines went out against David, David behaved himself more wisely than all the servants of Saul, and his name was highly esteemed.
