If any man sins, that he has heard the voice of the curse and is witness, because he has seen or experienced it,
but has not shown it is therefore guilty; or if anyone touched something unclean: Bait, unclean wild animals, cattle or vermin, and didn’t know it, they have thus committed sin. Or if he touches an unclean person and makes himself unclean. Or if someone swears that he moved his lips wanting to do harm or good, and he did not consider it, it is a sin and he has made himself guilty. If he has become guilty in one way or another, he shall confess what he is guilty of and why he has sinned. As penance for the sin, he should therefore offer the Lord a dam, sheep or goat from the herd as a sin offering, which the priest will fulfill atonement for. If he is unable to offer a sheep, he shall bring the Lord two turtledoves or other offerings, one for sin and the other as a burnt offering, and give it to the priest who will snap the head off of one as a sin offering. The other will be sacrificed in accordance with a burnt offering.

But if he cannot bring two turtledoves or other offerings to give, then he shall bring a tenth bushel of the finest flour as a sin offering.It must not contain any oil or frankincense, because it is a sin offering and bring it to the priest who will let a handful of it go up in smoke as a memorial sacrifice and fire offering to the Lord, and so it is a sin offering. The priest fulfills atonement.
